  • Age 50 years or older

  • Passive income or pension of USD 80,000+ per year

Requirements:

  • Employment contract with a foreign company that is either:
    (1) a publicly listed company, or
    (2) a private company operating for at least 3 years with USD 50 million in total revenue over the past 3 years

  • Annual income of USD 80,000+ (for the last 2 years)

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience

4️⃣ Highly Skilled Professionals

Specialists working in Thailand’s targeted industries.

Requirements:

  • Employment contract with a Thai or international company

  • Relevant professional qualifications and expertise

  • Annual income of USD 80,000+ (may be lower in certain cases)
